Dr. Azza Kennedy, DVM, MBA
Azza partners with founders to help them achieve successful, values-aligned exits while preserving the legacy and culture they’ve built. A former founder and operator herself, she brings firsthand empathy to the emotional and strategic realities of selling a healthcare business.
Before joining Evergreen, Azza built and sold multiple AAHA-accredited veterinary hospitals and founded Vetzi, a health-tech platform incubated at Embarc Collective. Her dual background as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and MIT MBA uniquely positions her at the intersection of medicine, finance, and technology — enabling her to guide founders with both analytical rigor and emotional intelligence.
Azza’s approach reflects Evergreen’s philosophy: human, transparent, and deeply aligned with the founder’s vision. She is passionate about helping practice owners transition confidently into their next chapter, balancing purpose with financial success.
